A: With the power on and no calls connected, press the MFB and Volume - buttons at the same time. Hold for 5 seconds to clear the pairing records. 

The red light will be on for 1 second, which indicates the pairing record has been cleared, and the KH122Mwill no longer connect back to the previously connected device. 

When various connection exceptions occur, you can try to clear the pairing records.
