A: If the device prompts for a password/PIN, try each of the following: 0000, 8888, 1111, or 1234. Note: Most phones do not

prompt you for a passkey.

If you tried all of these passwords but none of them works, and if you have a problem when pairing with a desk phone, please try to

contact the desk phone's seller or manufacturer to check if it is compatible with all Bluetooth headsets on the market.
