Q: What should I do if the sound interrupts or the headset disconnects when using a dongle? Why does this happen?

1. Please decrease the distance between the computer and the headset. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions

 such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such

 obstructions.

2. Please try the headset's dongle on another USB-A port on your computer or change the adapter.

Here are some situations that may cause these issues:

* The headset's dongle is too close to the dongles of other computer peripherals;

* The computer is transmitting data to the USB flash disk;

* The performance of the adapter has different effects on the frequency offset of the dongle antenna.

If you still have a problem, please try pairing your headset with your computer or cell phone via Bluetooth to see if the problem

persists.
