Q: Can you connect multiple devices to a dongle?

A: No. The dongle can only pair with one KH122M headset

simultaneously.

Q: Is the USB dongle compatible with other Bluetooth devices?

A: No. This dongle is only compatible with the KH122M headset

that comes with the package. It does not work with other KH122M

headsets or other Bluetooth devices.

Q: Is the USB dongle compatible with landline phones?

A: No. The Bluetooth USB adapter is only compatible with

computers or laptops. It is not compatible with landline phones. The

headset might announce "Your headset is connected" when

plugging the dongle into landline phones, but there will still be a

microphone problem since the dongle is incompatible with desk

phones. Therefore, if you want to use the headset with a landline

phone, please pair it via Bluetooth.

Q: What should I do if the dongle cannot connect to the

headset?

A: 1. Reset the headset (In the power-on state, press MFB and

Volume - buttons simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds. Bluetooth

pairing recordswill be reset. This action is not allowed during a call.).

2. Turn off and turn it back on, guaranteeing the headset is in

pairing mode (Red and blue LED flash alternately). Unplug the

dongle and plug the dongle into a different USB-A port. Please

guarantee there is an LED light on the dongle.
