A: The included dongle is only compatible with computers or laptops. It is not compatible with landline phones. The headset might announce "Your headset is connected" when plugging

the dongle into landline phones, but there will still be a microphone problem since the dongle is incompatible with desk phones. If you want to use the headset with a landline phone, please pair it via Bluetooth. 

Therefore, please try to pair via Bluetooth to check if there will be the same problem. 

If there is still the same problem when pairing via Bluetooth, please contact the desk phone's seller or manufacturer to check if it is compatible with all Bluetoothheadsets on the market.
